Terms of service

These terms govern use of LinkWolf, provided by PIXELWOLF, Calle Sant Marc 94, Terrassa, Barcelona, Spain. Contact contacto@pixelwolf.es.

Service

LinkWolf analyzes published Shopify content and proposes internal links. Suggestions are generated by automated systems and may be incomplete or unsuitable. The merchant must review each selected link before publishing it.

Plans and billing

Each shop may publish five links without charge. LinkWolf Pro costs $7 USD per month through Shopify App Pricing and removes LinkWolf's publishing quota. Pro has no free trial and billing starts immediately after plan approval. There are no usage-based charges. Shopify handles authorization, invoicing, cancellation, and applicable taxes under its billing terms.

A successful publication consumes a free link. Failed or skipped publications do not. Undoing a link does not restore the consumed free allowance.

Merchant content and permissions

The merchant authorizes LinkWolf to read in-scope published content and to modify only the links explicitly approved in the app. The merchant represents that it has the rights and permissions needed to process that content.

Availability and changes

The service may change, be suspended, or experience interruptions. PIXELWOLF may apply reasonable technical limits to protect availability and prevent abuse, provided paid functionality is not materially misrepresented.

Disclaimer

LinkWolf does not guarantee rankings, traffic, revenue, or any other SEO result. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, PIXELWOLF is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. PIXELWOLF's aggregate liability relating to LinkWolf will not exceed the fees paid for LinkWolf during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Mandatory consumer or statutory rights are not limited.

Termination

The merchant may stop using LinkWolf by cancelling the paid plan or uninstalling the app. Uninstalling triggers deletion of app data associated with the shop, subject to narrowly required legal retention.

Governing law

Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, these terms are governed by Spanish law and disputes are subject to the courts competent for PIXELWOLF's place of business.
