Data LinkWolf processes

To provide internal-link analysis, LinkWolf processes the connected shop domain and published product, collection, page, and blog-post content. It stores content identifiers, titles, URLs, HTML or extracted text, content hashes, the detected link graph, generated suggestions, publication revisions, scan metadata, and billing-entitlement counters.

LinkWolf does not request or intentionally store customer, order, payment, or checkout data.

Authorized user data

Shopify authentication may provide LinkWolf with identifiers and profile details for the authorized store user, such as a user ID, name, email address, locale, account-owner status, and collaborator status. LinkWolf uses this information only to maintain a secure Shopify session and operate the embedded app.

AI processing

Relevant content passages and target-page metadata are sent to OpenAI to identify contextual internal-link opportunities. LinkWolf requests that API inputs are not stored for model training. OpenAI acts as a service provider for this processing.

Why data is processed

Shop data is processed only to authenticate the app, analyze internal links, display recommendations, publish merchant-approved changes, enable rollback, operate billing access, prevent abuse, and diagnose errors.

Sharing

Data is shared only with service providers needed to operate LinkWolf, including Shopify, OpenAI, hosting, database, and operational logging providers. LinkWolf does not sell merchant or shop data.

Retention and deletion

LinkWolf keeps app data while the app remains installed and only for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. App data associated with a shop is deleted when Shopify sends an app uninstall or shop-redaction webhook. A merchant may also request deletion at contacto@pixelwolf.es.

Security and international transfers

PIXELWOLF applies reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. Providers may process data outside the merchant's country using the transfer safeguards offered by those providers.

Merchant responsibilities

Merchants decide which suggestions are published and remain responsible for their storefront content and privacy disclosures.
